We are seeking dedicated early childhood educators and childcare specialists to be matched with families in NYC seeking reliable child care Mondays through Wednesdays!
If you love working with children, deeply understand early childhood development, and are well versed in caring for infants, toddlers, and young learners up to the age of 8, we’d love to see you as an applicant!
Childcare and Educator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Planning for, and implementing, fun and enriching child care sessions
- Completing session reports within 24 hours of each day.
- Working with the family to establishing a developmentally appropriate, positive, inclusive and safe environment.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of three years of child care experience with children ages 5-10
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Well-organized and punctual
- Available for after school hours (generally between 2:30pm through 6:30pm)
Preferred qualifications:
- Certifications in Infant & Child CPR/AED and First Aid
- Area of study in education or related field
- Covid-19 vaccinated
- Teaching experience
