You will provide high-quality, results-driven instruction in a warm, supportive environment, ensuring that every child (from 4 months to 18 years) and adult feels safe and confident in the water.
Duties:

- Communication: Act as a brand ambassador by providing parents with clear, enthusiastic feedback on their child’s progress and achievements.
- Facility Care: Assist with the setup and breakdown of lane lines and equipment. Ensure the pool deck and locker rooms remain clean and organized.
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for Kids: You genuinely enjoy working with children (ages 4 months to 13 years) and possess the patience to help them overcome water anxiety.
- Growth Mindset: You are eager to learn and adapt. MSS provides extensive training, so a willingness to grow is more important than years of prior experience.
- Reliability: You are punctual and dependable, especially for afternoon and weekend shifts.

- Age Requirement: Must be at least 15+ years of age
