Evening Production Baker (Part-Time)
Six Red Chairs Bakery is looking for a reliable, independent team member to join our evening production crew.
Schedule
· Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday
· 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying organized, and setting the bakery up for a successful day.
Responsibilities
· Prepare products for the following day's production
· Ensure sufficient inventory is prepared for the next several days
· Mix batters and doughs as needed
· Complete last-minute baking and production tasks
· Restock ingredients and maintain an organized workspace
· Follow recipes and production schedules accurately
· Clean and sanitize work areas before the end of each shift
Requirements
· Valid Food Protection Manager Certification (required)
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
· Previous bakery or commercial kitchen experience preferred
We're looking for someone who takes pride in producing quality work, notices what needs to be done without being asked, and enjoys helping a small artisan bakery stay prepared for each day's bake.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
