We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients while working collaboratively with physicians, registered nurses, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with their care plans and applicable regulations.
- Monitor and document patients' conditions, vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Assist with activities of daily living and provide comfort and emotional support.
- Perform wound care and other nursing procedures within the scope of practice.
- Communicate changes in patients' conditions to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Follow infection-control, safety, and facility policies and procedures.
- Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatments, and care needs.
- Respond appropriately to patient concerns and emergencies.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the applicable state.
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Current CPR/BLS certification, or ability to obtain upon hire.
