Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Housekeeping Supervisor, where your leadership and expertise will elevate the cleanliness, safety, and overall guest experience across our property. In this energetic role, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations, supervise staff, ensure adherence to sanitation and safety standards, and foster a positive environment that promotes teamwork and excellence. Duties
- Lead and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure efficient cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
- Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to meet operational goals.
- Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness, sanitation, and safety compliance according to industry standards and company policies.
- Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety regulations, and customer service expectations.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment to optimize resources and reduce waste.
- Enforce sanitation protocols including industrial cleaning practices, custodial procedures, and laundry management.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience while maintaining high standards of hospitality.
Experience
- Proven supervisory experience in housekeeping or custodial services within a hospitality or commercial environment.
- Strong background in cleaning techniques, sanitation management, and industrial or commercial cleaning operations.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and communicate clearly with staff at all levels.
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and workplace safety protocols.
- Experience with management of janitorial services, laundry operations, and hospitality standards preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards that enhance guest satisfaction.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
