Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be the front line for securing and accurately processing customer orders.
Melrose is a custom manufacturer of user interface and industrial labeling products. We were founded more than 80 years ago.
Position Basics include:
- Ability to learn and understand order entry in the Melrose computer systems.
- Able to understand customer drawings.
- Frequent communication with customers via phone calls, emails. and occasionally in person.
- Helping customers to find solutions.
- Able to respectfully handle customer issues.

Preferred qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree, majors in business or quantitative fields.
- Previous experience in sales or customer care positions.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to solve basic math calculations and problems.
- Fluent English speaker.
Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
