Salary range: $70,000–$100,000
Bonus pay opportunities
Flexible scheduling
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs
Collect, analyze, and use data to guide clinical decision-making
Provide supervision and support to Behavior Technicians
Collaborate with caregivers, school teams, and other providers to support client progress
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Participate in treatment planning and case review meetings
Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Behavior Analysis, or a related field
Current BCBA certification
Reliable transportation
Strong communication, organizational, and clinical reasoning skills
Ability to work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams
