To Qualify as the Clinical Liasion you need to:
- Experience in marketing and census development
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to relate professionally and work cooperatively with residents and staff at all levels
Some of Your Responsibilities as a Clinical Liasion Include:
- Works with facility staff to coordinate and schedule admission of resident
- Follows up with all referrals at the hospital setting, completing clinical on-sight and verifying if resident is clinically approporaite for Admission to facility
Meets with Physicians and Case Managers to generate appropriate referrals for facility
- Keeps records of admissions and discharges, and compiles occupancy census data
- Acts as the Initial liaison with resident and families on facility services and issues
- Assists in all marketing efforts for the facility
