Job Title: Director of Nursing
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the nursing staff, coordinate patient care, and ensure high-quality healthcare services are provided. As a Registered Nurse Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing the nursing team to deliver exceptional patient care.
Duties:
- Manage and supervise nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate patient care activities and ensure adherence to healthcare protocols
- Oversee case management and ensure efficient utilization of resources
- Provide expertise in areas such as DME, behavioral health, medical office procedures, IV infusion, family planning, assisted living, coding, and pediatrics
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license with a minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing
- Proven experience in nurse management and leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of healthcare practices and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
