Job Summary

Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and sanitation of bathrooms and kitchens using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment
- Conduct laundry services such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with attention to detail
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, and outdoor work as needed
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health standards and safety regulations
- Manage the use of cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently while adhering to proper manual handling techniques for heavy lifting or outdoor work
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service
- Ensure all surfaces are cleaned thoroughly, including windows, mirrors, furniture, and appliances
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation practices
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina for manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting and outdoor work experience
- Excellent customer service skills with clear client communication abilities
- Familiarity with cleaning detergents and supplies used in residential housekeeping
- Prior experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus
