Small Town Scoops is a fun, community-driven ice cream shop serving up sweet smiles and delicious ice cream. We’re looking for upbeat, dependable Scoop Specialists to help create a friendly, welcoming experience for every guest.
Job Responsibilities:
- Scoop & Serve: Hand-dip and serve ice cream, cones, sundaes, and other frozen treats with care and speed
- Deliver Great Service: Greet every customer with a smile, take orders accurately, and make them feel right at home
- Keep It Clean: Maintain a clean, organized workspace, dining area, and restroom
- Team Up: Work with fellow team members to restock supplies, clean equipment, and keep things running smoothly
- Represent the Brand: Be a positive ambassador for Small Town Scoops — kind, courteous, and community-focused.
Requirements:
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-service focused
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Available evenings and weekends (especially in warm weather!)
- No experience required — just a great attitude and willingness to learn.
