Dental Client Acquisition Consultant (Commission Only)
Desort is expanding and looking for a driven Dental Client Acquisition Consultant to bring new dental practices into our pipeline. If you’re a hunter who loves outreach, closing deals, and earning uncapped commission, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire dental practices, DSOs, and private clinics
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Run discovery calls and present Desort’s solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close
- Build long‑term client relationships
Requirements
- Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
- Dental or healthcare experience is a plus
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Self‑motivated and comfortable with commission‑only roles
- Ability to manage your own pipeline and outreach
Compensation
- Commission Only + Bonuses
- $45K–$120K
- No earning cap
