Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential, commercial, and/or industrial settings.
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
- Pull wire, bend and install conduit, and perform terminations under supervision.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor electrical issues with guidance.
- Support jobsite preparation, material handling, and inventory tracking.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, contractors, and clients.
Qualifications
- 1–2+ years of electrical apprentice experience (field or construction setting).
- Enrolled in or completed an approved electrical apprenticeship program (preferred).
- Knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code) and safety practices.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions (indoor/outdoor, heights, confined spaces).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $25.50 per hour
