Overview
Join our team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a hybrid role that combines the best of both in-person and remote work. In this position, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality behavioral therapy to children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. Your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) will be instrumental in developing tailored treatment plans, conducting assessments, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care. What you’ll do
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments.
- Conduct data collection and analysis to monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to create supportive environments for clients.
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other staff members.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while maintaining accurate medical documentation and records.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral health.
- Advocate for clients’ needs within various settings, including schools and community programs.
Basic qualifications
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Proficiency in medical terminology, patient care, and medical documentation practices.
Preferred qualifications
- Background in special education or related fields.
- Familiarity with behavioral health concepts and practices.
- Experience conducting intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- Experience with hybrid roles and telehealth

Pay: $90.00 - $105.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24.0 – 30.0 per week
