Ready Fab Construction is a family-owned and operated metal construction company serving Northeast Texas and surrounding areas. We specialize in pre-engineered metal building erection, metal roofing, and structural steel installation. We take pride in delivering quality craftsmanship, maintaining safe job sites, and building a team that values integrity, reliability, and hard work.
We're Looking For:
- Dependable, hardworking individuals with a strong work ethic
- Experience in metal building erection or commercial construction is preferred.
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physically demanding work
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Willingness to travel when required
- Ability to work well as part of a team with a positive attitude
Responsibilities:
- Erect pre-engineered metal buildings
- Install metal roofing and wall panels
- Read and follow construction plans and supervisor instructions
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow all company and OSHA safety standards
