The Role
As an Account Manager at Meridian, you aren't just a point of contact, you are the engine that keeps the customer experience running. You will manage the full lifecycle of the client relationship, from initial onboarding and strategic sales growth to the "nitty-gritty" of logistics, order processing, and payment collection.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term partnerships with new and existing wholesale accounts.
- The "Full Cycle" Experience: Facilitate the entire order process, including order entry, inventory checking, and proactive logistics troubleshooting.
- Strategic Growth: Understand client goals to provide tailored product recommendations and strategic guidance that drives sales volume.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with our warehouse and internal teams to ensure a seamless "click-to-door" experience for every client.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary advocate for your clients via phone and email, ensuring every inquiry is handled with speed and professionalism.
Qualifications
- The Professional: Proven organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple accounts without dropping the ball.
- The Communicator: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (you'll be the face and voice of our brand).
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new CRM/Order Management systems.
- Agile Mindset: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can pivot quickly when priorities change.
- Bonus Points: Fluency in Spanish is a plus!
