Machine Operator – 1st & 2nd Shift
Location: Fairfield, CT
We're hiring Machine Operators for both 1st and 2nd shifts at a growing manufacturing facility in Fairfield, CT. If you have manufacturing experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Shift Schedule
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform routine quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
- Load materials and maintain consistent machine operation
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report maintenance needs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing experience is required
- Machine operating experience is preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
