Duties
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media engagement to identify potential B2B clients across various territories
- Qualify inbound leads by assessing client needs and matching them with our solutions, ensuring high-quality lead generation for the sales team
- Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) software to track interactions, follow-ups, and deal progress efficiently
- Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted outreach strategies that enhance lead generation efforts
- Schedule product demos and meetings for senior sales representatives to facilitate smooth transition from prospecting to closing
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions
- Support territory management efforts by researching market opportunities and identifying new potential sectors or regions for expansion
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, inside sales, or business development within a B2B environment
- Strong proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar sales management systems
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and upsell additional products or services
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, prospecting, and managing customer relationships remotely or in person
- Knowledge of technology sales, retail sales, or technical sales is highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and presentations
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for territory management and sales strategy optimization
