What You'll Do
- Perform customized 50-minute facials and advanced skin care treatments
- Provide specialized services including Dermalogica LuminFusion, MicroPeels, DiamondGlow, and Neveskin
- Customize treatments based on each client's individual skin care needs and goals
- Educate clients on skin health, treatment benefits, home care, and recommended service frequency
- Recommend appropriate professional products and services to support clients' skin care goals
- Maintain strong knowledge of spa services, treatment protocols, and the professional product line
- Maintain a clean, comfortable, and professional treatment environment
- Communicate effectively with clients, management, and team members
- Deliver a consistently welcoming, professional, and personalized client experience
What We're Looking For
- Current Connecticut Esthetician license in good standing
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, professional, and client-focused
- Passion for skin care and helping clients look and feel their best
- Interest in advanced skin care treatments and continuing education
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts is required
- Professional appearance, manner, and discretion

Job Type: Part-time and Full-Time positions available
Pay: $28.00–$50.00+ per hour, commission-based
