Professional Objectives: To deliver aesthetic treatments according to the protocols and rituals guaranteeing the ultimate MedSpa experience. Providers must portray a professional self-image and master treatment/ product technical knowledge and skills. Medical Providers are expected to invest in self-education to ensure growth.
Position Activities and Responsibilities:
- To perform injectables, lasers, IPL, micro-needling, PRP/PRF, facials, chemical peels, Medical weight loss , prp , hormone replacement therapy , IV therapy and other procedures according to the MedSpa manual
- Knows how to perform all MedSpa treatments and knows products
- Practices all treatment protocols and rituals
- Interacts cooperatively with other MedSpa team members to provide a seamless guest experience
- Presents a warm, gracious and professional persona toward guests and co-workers
- Adheres to high professional image standard such as dress, grooming, language, and lifestyle
- Will wear appropriate uniform; first set is provided, others to be purchased by employee
- Practices the highest standard of sanitation, neatness, and visual presentations
- Actively builds repeat clientele; follow-up with clients after consultations and treatments
- Assist with implementing appropriate marketing materials for all treatments and protocols for all marketing/social media platforms
- Attends and participates in all general and team meetings
- Assists the MedSpa team whenever asked
- Maintains an organized and sanitary treatment suite
- Attends all in-house training and commits to outside continuing education
- Participates in all aspects of marketing/special events planning and execution
- Participates in business to business networking and other professional networking groups
- Makes effective use of sampling program as well as tracking
results of those samples
- Comfortable with assisting with social media for the business and the use of videos, photos, and webinars
- All social media must adhere to the policies in the employee manual
- When asked, evaluates potential new team members for various positions
Assists new team members to help them grow
- Completes daily checklist of cleaning obligations and abides by all county, state, and local laws and regulations regarding sanitation, cleanliness, and safety
- Arrives and is clocked-in 15 minutes before scheduled shift to attend and participate in the DSP (Daily Success Planning)
- Adheres to work schedule and has good work ethics
- Maintains a positive and professional attitude
- Sets and achieves goals and targets
