Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
- Answer phones, texts, and emails promptly and professionally
- Verify client information and assist with intake forms
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean, calm, and organized front desk area
- Coordinate with providers and support staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Educate clients on services, memberships, and promotions when appropriate
Qualifications:
- Previous front desk, medical office, or spa experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using scheduling software and basic computer systems
- Sales or customer service experience
