Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Roofer with 4+ years of roofing experience to join our team as a lead foreman. Preferred Candidates should have a valid driver's License. The ideal candidate will have experience in composition roofing and possess a strong understanding of various roofing materials and techniques. This role involves working on residential and small commercial properties, ensuring roofs are installed, repaired, and maintained to the highest standards. The Roofer will work closely with other construction professionals to complete projects efficiently and safely.
Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain roofs using a variety of materials including shingles, metal, and tiles.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and installing roofing materials.
- Apply caulking to seal joints and seams to prevent leaks.
- Perform trim carpentry tasks related to roofing structures.
- Lift heavy materials and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the duration of projects.
- As a jobsite foreman, you must be able to manage other roofers and laborers effectively to ensure compliance with company policy, Oregon law, and productivity and quality standards of excellence
Qualifications
- Four years or more of roofing experience
- Valid Oregon Driver's License Preferred
- Must have your own tools, air-lines and coil nailer. Staple gun is a plus but not required (used on overhangs and for stitching decking)
- Must specialize in composition asphalt shingle installation. Experience in other types of roofing, especially standing seam metal roofs is a plus but not required.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and demonstrated competency after hiring. There will be a 30-day probationary period of lower pay while we assess your skills and the value you add to the team.

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
