Overview
Join a dynamic and energetic real estate team as a Licensed Transaction Coordinator, where your expertise will drive seamless property transactions and elevate client experiences. Unify Real Estate Team serves all of New Jersey, and this role offers the opportunity to coordinate residential real estate deals from contract to closing, ensuring every process adheres to industry standards and regulations. You'll work closely with our agents and squad leaders — using your organizational skills, industry knowledge, and attention to detail to keep transactions moving smoothly and keep clients and agents alike confident every step of the way.
Duties
- Manage the entire lifecycle of residential real estate transactions, including drafting and reviewing contracts, disclosures, and other required documents with precision
- Track transaction timelines and deadlines (inspections, appraisals, financing contingencies, attorney review, etc.) and ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and industry standards
- Coordinate communication between buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, attorneys, title companies, and other stakeholders to keep every transaction on schedule
- Maintain accurate, compliant transaction records using our CRM and transaction management systems
- Prepare and distribute required disclosures and paperwork
- Flag and resolve issues proactively before they become closing delays
- Build strong client rapport through clear communication and personalized support throughout the transaction process
- Support agents with documentation needs and marketing materials as needed
- Keep all transaction files organized and audit-ready
Experience
- Active New Jersey real estate license required, with proven experience as a Transaction Coordinator in residential real estate transactions
- Demonstrated ability managing deals from contract signing through closing with accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of NJ real estate contracts, Fair Housing regulations, and the closing process
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Experience working within a team environment or fast-paced brokerage is highly desirable
- Self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team
