Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, lead team members, and deliver excellent guest service. This role works closely with the General Manager to drive sales, control costs, and maintain company standards.
Responsibilities
- Support daily restaurant operations, sales, and profitability
- Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising team members
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and cash handling procedures are followed
- Assist with inventory management and vendor coordination
- Maintain a clean, safe, and positive restaurant environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year restaurant or retail experience (management experience preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
- Basic math, cash handling, and computer skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Work Schedule & Environment
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Fast‑paced, on‑your‑feet role; may lift up to 50 lbs
- Hands‑on, in‑person restaurant position
