CDL Water Truck Drivers – Day & Night Shifts Available
We’re looking for dependable Class A or Class B CDL Water Truck Drivers with Tanker Endorsements to join our team in Towanda and Mansfield, PA.
We have opportunities available on both day and night shifts, with consistent 12-hour shifts and steady, year-round work.
Employees working the night shift receive an additional $2.00 per hour shift differential on top of their regular hourly rate.

What You’ll Do
As a Water Truck Driver, you’ll safely operate a commercial water truck while supporting daily field operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Safely operate water trucks during day or night operations
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
- Maintain accurate driver logs and required documentation
- Communicate with dispatch and job site personnel
- Safely load, transport, and unload water as required
- Monitor equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns
- Maintain a professional attitude with customers, coworkers, and job site personnel
- Help keep operations running safely and efficiently throughout your shift
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL
- Tanker Endorsement required
- Acceptable driving record
- Dependable and safety-focused
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Ability to follow DOT and company safety requirements
- Water truck, tanker, or similar commercial driving experience is a plus
