If you have 2+ years of wastewater experience and either management or leadership experience in a manufacturing or related setting, or an engineering or related degree, this is an opportunity you don’t want to miss! Knowledge of troubleshooting mechanical, electrical and controls is highly preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the wastewater team in daily operations and maintenance activities.
- Direct the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of the wastewater and Process Water systems.
- Manage employee scheduling, timekeeping, performance reviews, training, and accountability.
- Source and purchase parts, chemicals, materials, and supplies needed for system operations and maintenance.
- Coordinate outside contractors, maintenance activities, and projects to ensure work is completed safely and to specifications.
- Monitor and report KPIs, system performance, operational needs, and project updates to leadership.
- Identify opportunities to improve system reliability, efficiency, procedures, and overall performance.
- Manage multiple projects while ensuring the wastewater system remains operational and compliant.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, environmental, safety, wastewater, and company policies and regulations.
- Provide recommendations to management regarding system issues, maintenance needs, and operational improvements.
- Maintain departmental procedures, controls, and work instructions.
- Support the design, procurement, construction, and implementation of new projects and systems.
- Work closely with Facilities, Utilities, Maintenance, and Operations teams to support manufacturing goals.
- Develop and maintain a culture of teamwork, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Take ownership of the Water Systems operation and ensure it is prepared to support the company’s continued growth.
