Overview
Looking to hire one or two new cleaners to join Crane Cleaning. Initially as part time and eventually to full time if you prefer! In this lively role, you’ll deliver top-notch cleaning services. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create happy, healthy homes and spaces while providing exceptional customer service. This paid position offers a rewarding opportunity to develop your cleaning expertise, a semi flexible schedule, and the freedom to listen to lots of podcasts. $23/hour during training, $24/hour once trained.
Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks including dusting, surface sanitation, vacuuming, and mopping to maintain high standards of cleanliness for residential and office cleans.
- Ensure all areas are sanitized effectively, paying close attention to kitchens, bathrooms, and high-touch surfaces for optimal hygiene.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients, addressing their specific requests, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment, adhering to safety protocols and proper sanitation procedures.
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including scheduling and reporting on completed work.
Must have a car. Strong preference if you live locally in Asheville for flexibilities sake; I live in west asheville and my other employees lives in Weaverville and south Asheville.
