About the Role:
As a CBRE Business Services Analyst, you will provide essen ti al support to the business services team by performing avariety of administra ti ve and analy ti caltasks. You will assist in the development and implementa ti on ofbusiness strategies, ensuring the smooth opera ti on ofbusiness processes.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform administra ti ve du ti es including conduc ti ng research,upda ti ng databases, and preparing reports.
- Assist in the development and implementa ti on of business strategies and ini ti a ti ves.
- Analyze business processes and iden ti fy areasfor improvement.
- Support the prepara ti on ofbusiness presenta ti ons and proposals.
- Coordinate and communicate with various departments toensure alignment and efficiency.
- Assist in the management of business projects, ensuringthey are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide support in the prepara ti on andanalysis of financial reports.
- Maintain accurate records and documenta ti on for business ac ti vi ti es.
- Assist in the development of business policies andprocedures.
- Provide generaladministra ti ve support to the business services team.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 2 years of relevantexperience. In lieu of a degree, a combina ti on of 2+years’ experience and educa ti on will be considered.
- Some knowledge of standard principles with limited prac ti cal experience of applying them.
- Ability to use exis ti ngprocedures to solve standard problems.
- Experience with analyzing informa ti on andstandard prac ti ces to make judgments.
- Strong organiza ti onal skillswith an inquisi ti ve mindset.
- Proficiency in Microso ft Officeproducts, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communica tio n skills,both written and verbal.
- Ability to work within standardized procedures and prac ti ces to achieve objec ti ves and meetdeadlines.
- Ability to exchange straigh t f orwardinforma ti on, ask ques ti ons, andcheck for understanding.
- Strong atten ti on to detailand accuracy in work.
