Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and outgoing Retail Sales Associates to join our boutique kiosk store team. Ideal candidates enjoy engaging customers, driving sales, and have an eye for design and home décor.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage with customers passing by the store
- Promote and sell cowhide and home décor products
- Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Process transactions using POS system
- Maintain clean and visually appealing displays
- Assist with inventory and restocking
- Meet and exceed sales goals
Qualifications
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred
- Experience or interest in interior design, home décor, or furniture is a strong plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable approaching customers
- Sales-driven and proactive attitude
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Reliable and professional
Compensation
- Competitive hourly rate + attractive commission
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
