StormGuard Fence is looking for an experienced Lead Fence Installer / Foreman to join our growing team. We are looking for someone confident running a job site, leading helpers, communicating professionally, and completing high-quality fence installations efficiently.
Projects include:
- Wood fencing
- Vinyl fencing
- Aluminum fencing
- Fence repairs
- Residential and light commercial work
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage fence installation projects from start to finish
- Direct helpers and maintain productivity on-site
- Read layouts and ensure jobs are installed correctly and professionally
- Set posts, frame gates, install panels/sections, and troubleshoot field issues
- Communicate with customers respectfully when needed
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
Requirements:
- Previous fence foreman/lead installer experience REQUIRED
- Strong knowledge of wood, vinyl, and aluminum fence installation
- Ability to lead a crew confidently
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Compensation:
- Pay based on experience
