COOK
Position Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items to ensure the highest quality service and experience for customers
- Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh
- Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment and utensils
- Execute opening and closing procedures
- Complete all required food and safety logs
Requirements:
- Restaurant experience preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation and storage, sanitation requirements and commercial kitchen equipment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for the majority of the shift, lift 25 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Frequent bending, twisting, lifting and squatting will be required
PAY RANGE: $19/hour
