Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and personable Bilingual Sales Associate to join our car dealership sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their vehicle needs, and guiding them through the sales process. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base. The ideal candidate must possess a valid driver’s license and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment focused on delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle preferences and needs.
- Present and demonstrate available vehicles, highlighting features and benefits.
- Assist customers throughout the sales process, including test drives, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and financing options.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and procedures during each sale.
- Communicate effectively in both English and the second language to serve a diverse clientele.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience in car dealership sales or a related customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Must be bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish relevant to the customer base.
- Valid driver’s license is required to facilitate test drives and vehicle demonstrations.
- Strong communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and acting as a team player are essential for success in this role.
Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,500.00 per week
