Provides cleaning services to administrative offices and supervised apartment programs on a weekly basis; will provide deep cleaning services for vacant apartments on an as needed basis. Conducts houseware and furniture inventories of apartments following moves and on an annual basis. Orders furniture and housewares as needed to satisfy Counselor and resident requests. Travels to locations/units per assigned cleaning schedule.
Qualifications
- Provides own transportation to and from various apartments, often within the same business day. (Mileage between sites reimbursed.)
- Housekeeping, cleaning, personal care aide, or janitorial experience preferred.
- Maintains resident/client confidentiality.
Must possess valid driver's license, pass required background checks, including drug screen.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.15 - $23.66 per hour
