Sparkle Wash is growing rapidly throughout the Cincinnati market and we are looking for a motivated, dependable, and experienced Lead Technician / Field Manager to join our team.
This is not just a labor position — we are looking for someone who can lead crews, manage field operations, train technicians, communicate professionally with customers, and help grow a high-performance service team.
If you have experience in pressure washing, exterior cleaning, fleet washing, construction washing, window cleaning, landscaping leadership, trucking operations, or any hands-on field management role, we want to talk to you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate pressure washing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and superior quality.
- Supervise and motivate a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize productivity.
- Conduct site assessments to determine the most effective cleaning methods and equipment needed for each project.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed rigorously, promoting a safe working environment for all team members.
- Maintain equipment by performing regular inspections, troubleshooting issues, and scheduling repairs or replacements as needed.
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on project progress, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate clearly and frequently with ownership regarding team performance and daily operations.
- Manage daily operational logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, and inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Experience
- Proven experience in pressure washing or exterior cleaning services, with a strong understanding of various cleaning techniques and equipment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with previous supervisory or managerial roles in field operations.
- Ability to read assess surfaces for cleaning requirements, and execute projects efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively lead teams and liaise with clients.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot equipment issues and adapt to changing project demands.
- Knowledge of safety standards related to pressure washing operations is highly desirable. This role requires an energetic approach combined with a transparent commitment to quality and safety. Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
