Role Summary
This position primarily involves working one-on-one with a child diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a clinic-based setting; there may be instances for off-site services to be provided. The ability to follow directions and maintain a professional demeanor at all times is critical for this position. Have strong technology skills for data collection and entry.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Clinical Director as a Supervising BCBA with supervising and training a staff of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). Perform and supervise graphing behavioral outcomes and additional documentation, implementing shadowing and training opportunities for new staff, providing oversight and assistance of new staff, assist/conduct parent training, and provide support as needed for general program requirements.
- Responsible for the clients’ daily schedule to include lunch schedule, clinic closeout (cleanliness and proper medical documentation annotation), and staff management (ensuring staff members are properly prepared for assigned clients’ sessions).
- Develop and implement daily therapeutic activities under the direct supervision of the Clinical Director.
- Implement Individualized Service Plans with clients and client families/caregivers.
- Coordinate with other service providers working with clients to encourage consistency among client families/caregivers and all providers.
- Complete all required documentation, including behavioral data, daily notes, and daily/weekly billing records in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ensure all documentation on assigned clients meets the insurance provider's standards and other required regulations.
- Updates client programs as needed.
- Develop program materials and ensure appropriate materials are available during client sessions.
- Perform 40 hours of billable service each week or maximum billable hours on schedule.
- Complete supervision weekly to discuss client updates, progress, or concerns.
- Attend and participate in all scheduled staff meetings and training.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures and complete other tasks deemed necessary for the successful operation of the program.
- Maintain professional and ethical standards at all times.

- Use a computer and behavioral software to prepare documents and maintain client records
- Work independently and make decisions within the framework of established guidelines
- Follow guidance from senior-level staff to enhance their own professional development
- Work with a diverse team of professionals in a respectful manner
- Supervise clients during treatment sessions
