Work closely with multiple cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with Agile practices.
Act as a servant leader and coach, enabling teams to be self-organized and high-performing.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and drive them to resolution.
Ask the right questions to uncover gaps, improve clarity, and drive better decision-making.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.
Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, best practices, and mindset.
Ensure transparency through proper tracking of progress, metrics, and reporting.
Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure clear backlog prioritization and readiness.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery Coach in Agile environments.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work across teams and influence without authority.
Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
Experience in scaling Agile (SAFe or similar frameworks is a plus).
Certification such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe (preferred).

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $47.15/hour - $73.68/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
