We are a restoration company that works with residential and commercial properties. We specialize in water damage, fire damage, and mold remediation. We are an emergency response business that offers 24/7 service. Our main goal is to respond quickly to assist customers with their property damage needs.
We are looking for a candidate that is ambitious and self driven. Someone that has the ability to provide excellent customer service while building strong client relationships.
For this position the typical schedule is Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm. Additionally scheduled on call shifts for nights and weekends. Hours range from 35-55 per week based on emergency call fluctuation.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Construction background or a good understanding
- Must be able to travel to worksite locations (have license and clean driving record)
- Must have a sense of urgency
- Ability to adapt and be flexible to situations
- Leadership; ability to lead and direct others
- Problem solving and decision making skills
- Must be comfortable inspecting attics and crawlspaces
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must
- Customer service experience or Sales experience. (1 or a combination of both is preferred.)
- Adequate computer skills
- Self-motivated with very strong work-ethics and able to work without close supervision and able to meet goals
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
- IICRC certified is a plus!

Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee fire and water restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and S500 Standards. Utilize construction management software to schedule and manage projects effectively. Coordinate with our team, construction teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Provide emergency response time for inspections, manage mitigation sites and crews, and handle contracts efficiently. Correctly document projects from start to finish with photos and moisture readings. Demonstrate strong communication skills to provide exceptional customer service throughout the restoration process.
