Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized behavioral intervention plans for children and individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, primarily focusing on autism spectrum disorders. Your expertise will drive positive behavioral outcomes through evidence-based practices, comprehensive assessments, and collaborative care. Duties
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral challenges and strengths.
- Develop, implement, and monitor customized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy plans tailored to each client’s needs.
- Collect and analyze data rigorously to track progress, adjust interventions, and ensure treatment efficacy.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including speech therapists, occupational therapists, educators, and medical professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and caregivers on behavioral strategies, data collection methods, and intervention techniques.
- Maintain detailed medical documentation, patient records, and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Conduct home-based behavioral therapy sessions and participate in intake assessments to evaluate client needs thoroughly.
Requirements
- Current certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Nevada Behavior Analyst License (or eligible to obtain).
- Enrolled as a provider with Nevada Medicaid.
- Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorders.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles, behavioral psychological assessments, and functional assessment procedures.
- Experience with data collection tools, medical terminology, and managing medical records in clinical settings.
- Ability to perform patient assessments, interpret diagnostic evaluations, and develop effective treatment plans.
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards for patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Prior experience delivering home-based behavioral therapy or working with individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, caregivers, and healthcare teams.

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
