Summary of Position
Global Sector Services is currently seeking a dependable and motivated Alarm Technician to join our growing team in Flowood, MS. We are looking for someone with strong troubleshooting skills, professionalism and the ability to work independently while providing excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Install, Service and maintain alarm & security systems
- Troubleshoot wiring, cameras, sensors and control panels
- Perform system inspections and testing
- Educate customers on system operations
- Complete service documentation and reports on Jobber platform.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and efficently
Job Requirements:
-Certified Alarm/Security Technician Level 1 License or higher is preferred, but will be willing to train the right candidate. Experience with alarm systems, CCTV, access control, low-voltage wiring or related field is preferred
- -Superior customer service skills.
- -Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- -Must read and speak English.
- -Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- -High school diploma or equivalent, technical training preferred.
- -Reliable Transportation is a must!

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
