Location: Sparks, NV (USA Parkway)
Salary: $55,000–$60,000 annually
B Shift 530am to 530pm, Wednesday - Saturday
D Shift 530pm - 530am Wednesday - Saturday
Overview
Employnet is seeking a Quality Containment Coordinator / Quality Supervisor to support quality and containment projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, experience in rework or containment, and a hands-on approach to coordinating daily operations. The Quality Supervisor will oversee quality standards, support project activities, and provide leadership to small teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee quality and containment activities on-site.
- Support mechanical rework operations and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Lead and provide direction to teams ranging from 5–20 employees.
- Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and inspectors to maintain workflow and resolve issues.
- Ensure project documentation, reports, and quality records are accurate and completed timely.
- Assist with site launches, training, and process validation activities.
- Identify issues, support problem-solving efforts, and maintain quality standards.
- Maintain flexibility to meet production demands, including overtime and weekend work as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality, Containment, or Quality Supervisory roles.
- Experience performing detailed dimensional inspections using precision tools such as calipers, pin gauges, micrometers, and height gauges.
- Mechanical or rework experience required.
- Engineering background or related education preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a small team effectively.
- Must be flexible to work varying hours, overtime, and weekends as needed.
