About the Role
As a CNC Machinist, you will play a critical role in our production environment by operating and setting up advanced machinery to create high-precision components. You will be responsible for ensuring that all parts meet rigorous quality standards while optimizing machine performance to drive manufacturing efficiency.
Responsibilities-
Execute complex machining operations on various metals, ensuring all parts adhere to strict engineering tolerances.

Perform precise machine setups and make necessary tooling adjustments to maintain consistent output quality.

Conduct thorough quality inspections using advanced measurement tools to ensure compliance with technical specifications.

Execute routine preventative maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime and maximize operational longevity.

Complete all required documentation and job tracking logs accurately to maintain production integrity.

Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process bottlenecks and proposing effective solutions.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with 5S and workplace safety standards.
Qualifications-
High school diploma or GED equivalent.

3+ years of professional experience in CNC machining.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings and blueprints.

Strong understanding of GD&T and precision measurement techniques.

Demonstrated ability to operate and monitor multiple machines simultaneously.

Associate’s degree or technical certification in Tooling & Machining.

Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.

Familiarity with root cause analysis methods such as 5 Why.

Basic knowledge of CNC machine troubleshooting and repair.
