As a Direct Care Staff, you will be helping people with developmental disabilities live their best lives!
Duties include:
- Assisting with meal planning, ensuring your clients are safely preparing healthy and nutritious meals.
- Attending fun community events and activities with your clients, such as movies, bowling, sports events, concerts, etc.
- Ensuring your clients are taking care of themselves, maintaining proper hygiene and living in a clean, sanitary environment.
- Acting as an emotional support, companion, and guide for maintaining social skills and appropriate behaviors.
NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!
We provide on-the job, on-going training to help you succeed.
We are a small, family-oriented, locally owned company who truly care about our clients and employees.
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a background check through the Dept. of Health and Welfare.
- Must be 18 years or older.

Pay: $14.50 - $16.50 per hour
