Position Overview
This is a local, consistent delivery position with steady route volume for reliable drivers.
Drivers pick up packages directly from the store and head out on their assigned route.
- Pick up and go (no warehouse processing)
- Mostly soft parcels and small boxes
- Packages are generally under 35 lbs
- Routes typically average 50–70+ packages
- Average routes run approximately 6–8 hours depending on volume and routing
This is steady work for drivers who show up, communicate, and deliver consistently.
Pay Structure
- $1,500 – $2,000+ per week depending on route volume and availability
- Bi-weekly pay for the first 30 days
- Transition to weekly pay after initial period
- Payday issued before 5:00 PM
- Additional rescue / overflow opportunities may be available
Driver Requirements
- Cargo van
- Smartphone required
- No CDL required
- No delivery experience required
- Must be dependable and communicate consistently

- Flexible coverage drivers
Meet-Up Location
Pickup is completed directly at your assigned Walmart store location.
