The Montana Preschool is looking to hire a dedicated Preschool Teacher to our 2 year old class.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative, age-appropriate lesson plans that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, to support holistic childhood development.
- Manage daily classroom activities, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children.
- Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, address concerns, and support ongoing development through regular updates and parent meetings.
- Oversee classroom management duties including organization of materials, adherence to health and safety standards, and maintaining compliance with childcare regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting, with a strong background in early childhood education principles.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, staff, and community partners.
- Valid certification or credential in early childhood education or related field; prior preschool experience is essential.
- Ability to foster a nurturing environment that promotes child welfare while supporting individual learning styles and needs.
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
