Duties
- Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using proper cleaning techniques and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen surfaces, sinks, and dishwashing stations in accordance with food safety sanitizing procedures.
- Assist with bussing tables by clearing used dishware and ensuring dining areas are tidy and presentable.
- Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic ingredient handling and prep work under supervision.
- Follow all sanitation protocols to uphold kitchen health and safety standards consistently.
- Operate dishwashing machines and manual cleaning tools safely and effectively while adhering to food safety management practices.
- Handle heavy lifting of large pots, trays, or boxes of supplies while maintaining proper manual handling techniques to prevent injury.

- Strong understanding of food safety principles and sanitizing procedures in a commercial kitchen setting.
- Experience with dishwashing equipment operation and manual cleaning methods.
