We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused part time Barista to join our Homegrounds café. In this role, you will create a welcoming experience for every guest by preparing quality beverages, providing exceptional service, and maintaining a clean and inviting café environment. Schedule: Both Weekend Days and possible weekday hours
Pay: $15 per hour
As a Barista, you will:

Open, operate, and close the café, including preparing the space for customers, restocking supplies, and ensuring cleanliness throughout the day.

Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service.

Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Prepare coffee beverages and specialty drinks according to established recipes and presentation standards.

Keep cookie displays, coffee stations, and café work areas stocked, organized, and guest-ready.

Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and team members.

Operate the cash register accurately and follow cash-handling procedures.

Remain positive, professional, and efficient during busy periods.

Communicate opportunities for improvement regarding safety, productivity, and customer experience.

Support additional café and team responsibilities as assigned.
