What we’re looking for
- Strong experience in backend development (Java/Kotlin preferred)
- Experience designing scalable and highly available systems
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs
- Strong knowledge of OOP, SOLID principles, and TDD
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Experience with cloud-native applications (preferably GCP)
- Hands-on mindset and problem-solving attitude
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Fluent English
Nice to have
- Experience with gRPC
- Experience with Redis or other caching solutions
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools
- Background in fintech or regulated environments
