Ideal candidates will have the skills and experience necessary to :
Provide a variety of administrative services to trust account relationships.
Assist the account officer(s) in assembling and analyzing information, monitoring, and processing cash-flow, coordinating, and executing all transactional activity including investment trades.
Assist clients with questions and in resolving clients’ problems.
Serve as administrative liaison with clients and others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues related to the trust operations.
Prepare calculations (rates, debt service, accrued interest, etc.), internal reports and audit confirmations for bond issues.
Open and close accounts, monitoring account compliance, and scanning all account related documents.
What you need to bring to the table :
Requires a High School diploma or prior experience in banking or trust operations; other directly related experience may be considered. College degree preferred.
Working knowledge of departmental functions, trust accounts and financial services.
Must be able to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and be very detail oriented.
Requires clear communication skills (both verbal and written), approachability, and organizational skills to work with a variety of clients and internal departments.
Excellent problem resolution and critical thinking skills.
Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and various windows applications.
Accurate data entry skills required.
Ability and eagerness to learn a specialized industry with direct on the job training.
Compensation:
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $60,000 - $66,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience and location.
Location:
This position is five days in-office in Denver, CO at the Vectra Bank Corporate Center.
