Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and energetic Dishwasher to join our hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently using proper cleaning techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas meet health and safety standards.
- Assist with food prep tasks such as peeling, chopping, or organizing ingredients when needed.
- Support the team during catering events or banquet setups by providing timely dishwashing and cleanup assistance.
- Help with general kitchen cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal to keep the environment tidy.
- Follow all food handling and safety regulations to prevent contamination and ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to facilitate smooth operations during busy service hours.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures and safety practices in a kitchen setting.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to assist with various kitchen tasks as needed.
- Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items when necessary.
