Position Summary
We are seeking compassionate, dependable Home Health Aides to provide non-medical, in-home support. This position is best suited for individuals who are reliable, self-motivated, and committed to delivering consistent, quality care.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, hygiene)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, general tidying)
- Assist with errands and daily living tasks
- Provide medication reminders (non-medical only)
- Observe and report any changes in client condition
- Follow individualized care plans and company standards
Qualifications
- Prior caregiving experience preferred (home care, facility, or private care)
- Strong reliability and punctuality are required
- Ability to work independently in a client’s home
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to pass a background check
- CPR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
